Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and rebuild the finance function to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Implement IFRS-aligned financial systems and reporting structures.

Manage budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for multiple entities.

Oversee audits SARS and CIPC compliance and statutory reporting.

Supervise accounting operations payroll and cash flow management.

Present financial results to the Board and Executive Team.

Develop and maintain banking relationships and financial controls.

Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting Finance or Management (or equivalent).

Articles or professional membership (e.g. SAIPA SAICA) advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years finance experience including 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in logistics warehousing or manufacturing preferred.

Strong understanding of IFRS and South African financial regulations.
