As our Pricing Lead
, you’ll shape and drive the organisation’s pricing strategy, ensuring pricing decisions support long-term business objectives and sustainable growth. You’ll lead enterprise-wide pricing initiatives, including annual price reviews and increases, while providing strategic guidance through financial modelling, risk analysis, market insights, and data‑driven recommendations. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll influence decision‑making, implement pricing changes, and continuously improve pricing processes through innovation, automation, and best‑practice methodologies.

• 5+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering initiatives that improve revenue and profitability.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, market research, and reporting.
• The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
