A well-established and respected healthcare organization based in Durban is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to take ownership of the finance function and partner with leadership in driving operational excellence. • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Maintain and strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Manage the general ledger, trial balance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, debtors, and capital expenditure.
• Conduct investment evaluations and financial modelling.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to improve financial performance.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance.
• Build strong relationships across the business while providing strategic financial support.
• BCom Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• CA(SA) or CIMA qualifications will be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Financial Management role.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Proven experience implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning expertise.
• SAP experience will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
