Job Description
To provide high-touch operational and administrative support to Banking Specialist serving UHNW clients. The Banking Analyst ensures exceptional client service delivery, focusing on day-to-day banking needs while supporting the broader wealth management relationship.
To provide high-touch operational and administrative support to Banking Specialist serving UHNW clients. The Banking Analyst ensures exceptional client service delivery, focusing on day-to-day banking needs while supporting the broader wealth management relationship.
Client Service- Managing routine banking transactions and service requests for assigned clients
- Responding promptly to client inquiries related to banking products
- Resolving account issues and service concerns
- Ensuring premium service delivery that meets private bank standards
- Coordinating with operations teams for complex transactions
- Implementing standard banking solutions (checking/savings accounts, CDs, etc.)
- Processing basic credit requests within predefined parameters
- Setting up cash management services for clients
- Assisting with foreign currency transactions and international wire transfers
- Facilitating online/mobile banking setup and support
- Assist in monitoring existing loan portfolios
- Track loan covenant compliance and payment schedules
- Prepare regular portfolio status reports
- Monitor collateral valuations and margin requirements
- Support annual loan reviews and renewals
- Working under the guidance of senior relationship managers
- Handling administrative aspects of client relationships
- Preparing documentation for client meetings
- Following up on action items from client interactions
- Maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems
- Identifying opportunities for additional banking services
- Making introductions to specialists for complex need
- Participating in client appreciation events
- Supporting retention efforts through excellent service
