You are- Versatile, with experience in both bar and restaurant operations
- Responsible, able to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Attentive, demonstrating excellent customer service and great attention to detail
- Assist the Gourmet Lounge Manager in organizing service, maintaining the offer and managing the teams
- Oversee various areas of the Gourmet Lounge, an all‑day restaurant and lounge concept
- Supervise and inspire a team of around 15 colleagues by embodying a charismatic leadership style
- Welcome guests professionally, ensuring flawless table setup and service
- Organize and promote in‑house activities such as wine tastings or gourmet showcases
- Drive additional sales and actively contribute to your department’s economic performance
- Manage orders, stock levels and administrative procedures efficiently
- Guarantee strict compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards at all times
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
