We’re hiring a Creative & Digital Recruitment Resourcer to support a UK-based Senior Consultant on a busy, high-performing desk, sourcing talent for permanent and contract roles across the UK and Europe.

• Source and engage creative & digital candidates across UK and European markets
• Build and manage talent pipelines using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
• Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through interview and onboarding
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records
• Provide market insight and generate sales leads

• Proven experience resourcing creative & digital roles in the UK and/or Europe (essential)
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills
• Experience managing multiple live requirements
• Confident CRM/ATS user
• 360 recruitment experience
