We are looking for a Junior PFMA Compliance Analyst who will assist in the review and testing of financial transactions to identify irregular expenditure and ensure compliance with PFMA procedures. The role supports compliance verification, documentation, and reporting processes.

• Test and review payment transactions for PFMA compliance
• Assist in identifying and quantifying irregular expenditure
• Support maintenance of the PFMA compliance register
  
  Participate in supply chain compliance reviews
• Assist with remediation tracking and documentation
• Compile working papers and compliance evidence
• Perform additional compliance-related tasks as assigned

3-month contract

Full-time, on-site role

• BCom Accounting (with auditing and accounting majors) or BTech Internal Audit
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in irregular expenditure review within government institutions
• Basic understanding of PFMA compliance and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a structured audit environment
