The Talent Acquisition Specialist delivers effective, end-to-end recruitment services across assigned business areas. The role partners with hiring managers to understand talent needs, manages recruitment activity and reporting, supports workforce planning, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a key role in delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience while strengthening the organization’s employer brand.

Responsibilities Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand recruitment requirements and priorities.
  • Support alignment of recruitment activity with business unit objectives and workforce plans.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and candidates, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a key point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to support stakeholder discussions and hiring decisions.
Influencing & Communication
  • Engage hiring managers through active listening and clear communication to clarify role requirements and hiring expectations.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment processes, interview etiquette, inclusive hiring practices, and best‑practice behaviours.
  • Present candidate assessments, recruitment insights, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
  • Support constructive dialogue to achieve fair, effective, and timely hiring outcomes.
Reporting, Analytics & Workforce Insights
  • Compile, maintain, and analyze recruitment data across assigned roles and portfolios.
  • Produce accurate and timely recruitment reports and dashboards, including metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, SLA adherence, and diversity indicators.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within recruitment systems to support reliable reporting.
  • Interpret recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide workforce and market insights to support hiring forecasts, pipeline development, and workforce planning activities.
Recruitment Delivery & Systems
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and administration.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing channels, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and proactive candidate engagement.
  • Use recruitment systems effectively, maintaining accurate requisition and candidate records.
  • Support basic system and process training for hiring managers when required.
  • Coordinate with approved recruitment agencies where applicable, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and governance guidelines.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed service levels.
Candidate Experience, DEI & Employer Branding
  • Deliver a consistent, respectful, and inclusive candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Apply fair, unbiased, and inclusive recruitment practices aligned to organizational DEI objectives.
  • Act as an ambassador of the employer brand in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.
  • Support employer branding campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives, and events in collaboration with internal and global teams.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and channels.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes based on data, feedback, and performance trends.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of new recruitment tools, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Stay informed of recruitment and labor market trends and adapt approaches accordingly.
Governance, Ethics & Compliance
  • Adhere to recruitment policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal guidelines and relevant external regulations.
  • Support compliance checks and audits within own scope, addressing findings where required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Clearly explain recruitment processes, reporting requirements, and compliance standards to stakeholders.
Change & Personal Effectiveness
  • Adapt recruitment approaches in response to changing business priorities and market conditions.
