Practice Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused medical group.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing staff, finances, compliance, and systems—ensuring the practice runs efficiently and delivers excellent service.

• Oversee daily practice operations
• Lead, support, and develop administrative staff
• Manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection
• Manage clinical systems, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Drive service improvements and operational efficiency

• Proven experience in a medical or healthcare management role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Confident managing budgets and compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using practice management and clinical systems
