Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all soft services teams to ensure KPIs and service standards are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, reporting, forecasting, and cost control
- Oversee supplier/subcontractor performance and compliance
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and service innovations
- Strong customer service and client-relationship skills
- Financial and budget management
- Project planning and coordination
- Data analysis and reporting capability
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage diverse soft services functions
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
- Clear communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism and integrity
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or related field (advantageous)
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in soft services or facilities management
