Venogy Talent is partnering with a growing international energy infrastructure business to appoint a Senior Project Manager based in Durban.

Our client delivers complex industrial energy and electrification projects across multiple geographies and is entering a significant expansion phase following recent strategic investment. With an increasing portfolio across South Africa, Europe, and North America, they are looking to strengthen project governance and leadership capability at a global level.

This is a senior operational role within a technically focused, fast-scaling environment operating at the forefront of industrial decarbonisation.

• Establish and lead a structured Project Management Office capability
• Oversee a portfolio of multi-disciplinary EPC/CAPEX projects
• Lead and mentor a growing team of Project Managers
• Ensure robust delivery standards across scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• Act as a senior interface with key industrial clients where required
• Provide delivery input into commercial and growth strategy

The role is Durban-based with travel to project and client locations internationally as required.

• Extensive experience delivering industrial or infrastructure-based technical projects
• A background in EPC, energy infrastructure, electrical, or heavy engineering environments
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and developing PM capability
• A balance of structured governance thinking and hands-on delivery leadership
• Confidence operating in client-facing and commercially aware environments

A technical or engineering background is advantageous but not essential.
