Conduct safety audits and report incidents - Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes, in production and packing;
The product is manufactured, handled and stored according to standards - Staff Management Supervise, motivate and develop staff;
Conduct staff meetings, training and performance reviews;
Enforce discipline, attendance and company policies
