This position also supervises Cleaners, Quality Inspectors to maintain operational discipline and high SHEQ standards and manages the preparation and maintenance of Safety Files for site projects.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Safety & Health Management
- Environmental Management

- SHEQ Program Development & Continuous Improvement
- Safety File Management
- Reporting & Administration
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a SHEQ role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (advantage)
- Experience in Safety File compilation, management of contractors onsite & managing diverse team (mandatory).
- Proven track record in supervising teams (cleaners, security, and quality inspectors).
- Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining SHEQ systems and achieving compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of OHS Act, NEMA, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Strong leadership, planning, and supervisory abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and investigative mindset with attention to detail.
- Computer literate (MS Office, SHEQ management systems).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
