Warehouse Manager - Chemical Manufacturing - KZN

Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager for a well-established Chemical Manufacturing company based in Kwa Zulu-Natal (KZN). The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes adhere to industry safety standards and efficiency practices.

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement inventory management systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to improve processes
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
