We have an amazing opportunity for a Loyalty and Rewards Specialist to be based in Umhlanga, Durban

The Loyalty and Rewards Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Loyalty and Rewards experiences for Hollywoodbets. The Loyalty and Rewards Specialist is responsible to improve player retention, increase engagement, and enrich the player’s journey through dynamic and rewarding Loyalty and Rewards mechanics. This includes Missions, Match-X, loyalty wheels, tournaments, and other mechanics that incentivize frequent and meaningful play. The Loyalty and Rewards Specialist will work closely with internal teams (retention, product marketing, BI, contact centre) to deliver seamless and impactful experiences tailored to player behaviour.

You Bring

  • 2 – 3 years in digital marketing, Loyalty and Rewards or customer engagement
  • Familiarity with Loyalty and Rewards platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools
  • 2 – 3 Years Operations Admin or Support
  • 2
    -3 Years Marketing
  • Valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do For The Brand
  • Develop and execute the Loyalty and Rewards strategy aligned to business goals for retention, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Optimisation Specialist to analyse data and make insight-led changes to mechanics.
  • Plan and organise monthly and seasonal Loyalty and Rewards campaigns
  • Maintain and communicate the Loyalty and Rewards calendar across relevant stakeholders
  • Support promotional campaigns with Loyalty and Rewards leaders to boost participation and excitement.
  • Track the performance of all Loyalty and Rewards activities and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and user response trends
  • Adjust Loyalty and Rewards mechanics based on player activity segments, churn risk, and engagement metrics.
  • Work with the Retention and Engagement teams to build campaigns that integrate gamified components
  • Collaborate with product marketing, contact centre, and creative teams to ensure Loyalty and Rewards is fully supported and visually aligned with campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing, digital, and social media teams to integrate Loyalty and Rewards into broader marketing strategies.
  • Implement and optimise company Loyalty and Rewards tools including Missions, Match-X, loyalty wheel, tournaments, and loyalty map.
  • Support and collaborate with customer support and product development teams to ensure seamless implementation and operation of Loyalty and Rewards systems.
  • Enhance user engagement through personalised and interactive Loyalty and Rewards experiences.
  • Research and analyse competitor activities in the Loyalty and Rewards space.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Loyalty and Rewards tools and technologies.
  • Any other related duties that might be required
