If so, we are looking for a Email Marketing Executive to join our forward thinking and dynamic team and this could be the role for you!
The Email Marketing Executive is focused on supporting and executing email marketing strategies across the MMR Group of companies. You’ll be involved in planning, building and optimising email campaigns that drive engagement, and support commercial growth. This role covers a broad range of email marketing and campaign related activities ensuring we deliver measurable results aligned with wider business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary (we promise it will never be dull!) across email marketing, campaign planning, and reporting, but may include:
- Develop effective marketing emails through copywriting, scheduling, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand campaign objectives.
- Assist with the development of campaign plans.
- Proofread event content, eBooks and blog posts.
- Collate and analyse email marketing results.
- Set up automation rules, workflows, lists and reports in Hub Spot to create a seamless customer experience.
- Liaise with designers and creative agencies to ensure creative assets are produced to a high standard.
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness as part of the team.
- Report on email marketing efforts by utilising Hub Spot’s analytics tools to track and measure KPIs such as open rates, click through rates, and conversion rates.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field (e.g. Communications) is desirable.
- At least 2 years’ experience in an email marketing role.
- Experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Highly motivated, organised and detail-orientated.
- Data-driven and metrics-focused as well as creative and innovative.
