Sales Manager

Responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, recruiting and training sales staff and running the sales office operations daily.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team of up to 15 team members.

• Increase customer base by meeting/exceeding monthly, weekly, daily sales budgets.
• Constantly working on filling the lead funnel (lead generation) for the branch.
• Recruitment and selection of amazing sales brokers, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales brokers.
• Continuously developing your sales team through training, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyse sales, revenue and expenses reports with management team – constantly aiming for a profitable branch.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Run daily operations of sales branch.

• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR
• 2 – 5 years of Sales Management experience.
• Hospitality Sales is highly advantageous
• Computer knowledge, including Excel, Word and Power Point
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Committed to continuous sales skills training.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and having a healthy attitude to all fellow employees.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense – passion for sales.
