Job Description AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and goal‑oriented Appointment Setter to join our Corporate Sales team ’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Executive. This role is perfect for someone with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking to identify potential corporate clients for the Nxa Tel App.
- Book appointments and manage the meeting schedule for the Senior Sales Executive.
- Attend meetings, expos, and trade shows to assist in lead generation and relationship building.
- Organize and coordinate client communications, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, leads, and activities within the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational assistance where needed.
- Represent Nxa Tel professionally, with confidence and strong communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with corporate clients.
- Strong organizational and planning skills — able to manage multiple leads and schedules effectively.
- Driven and ambitious with a winner’s mindset — eager to learn and exceed targets.
- Not afraid of cold calling and proactive in creating new business opportunities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and is willing to travel for trade shows, client visits, and events.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, Hub Spot, or similar) preferred.
