Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team full-time, working US business hours. This role combines outbound cold calling with follow-ups on warm leads generated through strategic digital outreach campaigns.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport, and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers in the B2B space.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects
Follow up with warm leads generated through email and Linked In outreach campaigns
Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales team members
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM systems
Research accounts to understand business needs and tailor conversations accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to refine messaging and targeting
Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting-setting targets
Proven experience in B2B sales, sales development, or appointment setting
Strong cold calling experience (comfortable handling objections)
Experience following up on warm inbound or marketing-qualified leads
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to engage C-level and senior decision-makers professionally
Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Available to work full-time US business hours
Experience selling digital marketing, lead generation, or SaaS services
