Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team full-time, working US business hours. This role combines outbound cold calling with follow-ups on warm leads generated through strategic digital outreach campaigns.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport, and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects

  • Follow up with warm leads generated through email and Linked In outreach campaigns

  • Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers

  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales team members

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM systems

  • Research accounts to understand business needs and tailor conversations accordingly

  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to refine messaging and targeting

  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting-setting targets

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, sales development, or appointment setting

  • Strong cold calling experience (comfortable handling objections)

  • Experience following up on warm inbound or marketing-qualified leads

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to engage C-level and senior decision-makers professionally

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

  • Available to work full-time US business hours

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling digital marketing, lead generation, or SaaS services

  • Understanding of data-driven outreach and revenue pipeline development
