Frame Sales Representatives

Description

• Represent Company as a brand ambassador to maintain and strengthen status within market
• Reach and exceed quarterly key performance indicator targets
• Improve quality of distribution
• Increase market share in-store
• Ensure brand integrity is maintained through strong visual merchandising and trade marketing visuals in-store
• Store staff trained in product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Proactive stock management
• Daily, weekly, monthly forecasting by brand and account

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification will be advantageous with key focus on Marketing, Sales, Business, Social media influencer
• Existing client base
• Excel at Intermediate level
• Travelling will be required, 1-2 weeks away from home per month
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, functions and cultures
• Quarterly after-hour activations that will be compulsory
• Flexible and openness to change in brand portfolios as well as any business strategy.
• 3-5 years proven sales experience in B2B, preferably within the fashion / medical or FMCG industries.
• Valid driver’s licenses with own reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaan
