Our client in the commercial services industry is seeking a driven and results-focused External B2B Sales Representative for a permanent, full-time position based in Durban Inner Southern Suburbs
.
This role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing new business opportunities, and growing existing client accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Location:
  • Durban – Inner Southern Suburbs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years proven experience in B2B external sales / field sales
  • Strong track record in new business development, cold calling, and closing deals
  • Solid understanding of the full sales cycle (prospecting to post-sale support)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable own vehicle (essential)
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • No criminal record
  • Must have a positive attitude and a sense of humour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Drive the full sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
  • Liaise with head office and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
