Qualifications
- Must have Matric or Equivalent Qualifications.
- Must have 10+ years of senior commercial experience in shipping or logistics.
- Must have proven success in sales leadership, people management, and business development.
- Must have strong knowledge of the South African, African, and Far East trade lanes.
- Must have expertise in intermodal logistics, including Durban–Gauteng, cross-border, and port corridors.
- Must have high commercial acumen with a solid understanding of margin, yield, and portfolio management.
- Must have advanced computer skills, such as CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Must be a customer‑centric, decisive leader with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be hands‑on and entrepreneurial style, with a willingness to travel extensively.
