REGIONAL SALES CONSULTANT - SKIN CARE

DURBAN & Surrounds | Kwa Zulu Natal - South Africa

START: ASAP / March 2026

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00am - 17:00pm
  • Closed on weekends & major public holidays
  • Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break
  • Annual Leave

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

  • R14,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month - guaranteed
  • Company Petrol Card
  • Vehicle maintenance allowance (monthly)
  • Product allowance (monthly)
  • Company Cell phone with Data Allowance
  • Tiered Sales Commission earned (2% - 10%)
  • Sales Incentives & Bonuses earned on new accounts opened

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Based centrally in KZN - preferably Durban & surrounds with ease of travel in all directions of the region
  • Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
  • On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
  • Sales driven - this is the core KPI for this role
  • Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
  • Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate
  • Own car and valid driver license - not negotiable
  • Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
  • Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches
  • Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (training / expos & launches, etc)

    • BONUS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. Internationally accredited certification
  • Cruise Ship employment experience
  • Spa Manager experience (on land or sea)
  • Holistic & Wellness Therapies
  • Pharmaceutical Sales
