Energy & Lighting Sales Engineer

An established and fast-growing player in the energy and lighting space is expanding in Kwa Zulu-Natal and is looking for a high-performing sales specialist to take ownership of the region.

This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who thrives in a project-driven environment and understands how to sell into commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets.

• Solid experience in lighting, energy-efficient solutions, or electrical product sales
• Exposure to project-based selling in commercial or industrial sectors
• Strong network with electrical contractors, consulting engineers, developers, or industrial clients
• Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across KZN

• Develop new business opportunities across the KZN region
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with key accounts
• Engage in specification selling and technical solution discussions
• Identify project opportunities early in the sales cycle
• Provide professional product presentations and technical guidance
• Track pipeline activity and deliver accurate sales forecasts
