- Proactively identify and secure new business within the road freight sector
- Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and stay ahead of competitors
- Prepare professional proposals and close profitable deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
- Proven track record in business development within express or logistics
- Strong knowledge of the KZN market
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly target-driven with a strong closing ability
- Clock in & Clock Out is compulsory
