Logistics Sales Manager

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have Matric or Equivalent Qualifications.

Must have 10+ years of senior commercial experience in shipping or logistics.

Must have proven success in sales leadership, people management, and business development.

Must have strong knowledge of the South African, African, and Far East trade lanes.

Must have expertise in intermodal logistics, including Durban–Gauteng, cross-border, and port corridors.

Must have high commercial acumen with a solid understanding of margin, yield, and portfolio management.

Must have advanced computer skills, such as CRM and Microsoft Office.

Must be a customer-centric, decisive leader with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Must be hands-on and entrepreneurial style, with a willingness to travel extensively.
