SALES SUPPORT

Pinetown, Durban

R10 000 – R14 000 Basic + Commission

An established company within the fire safety equipment and safety training industry is looking for an energetic, proactive and confident Sales Support professional to join their team at their head office in Pinetown.

• Prepare accurate costings, quotations and proposals
• Conduct cold calling and canvassing to generate new business opportunities
• Arrange appointments with both new and existing clients
• Provide internal sales support and exceptional customer service
• Handle sales administration and maintain accurate documentation
• Overcome customer objections and assist in closing opportunities
• Follow up on outstanding payments with clients
• Build, maintain and update the customer database
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services
• Maintain and update the CRM system
• Support the external sales team to achieve business targets

• Minimum 3 years' Sales Support experience (essential)
• Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident, self-motivated and proactive personality
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong computer literacy, including CRM systems
• Experience with in the fire safety equipment or safety training industry will be highly advantageous
