Outbound Sales Agent – MTN Campaign

Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Promote and sell MTN telecommunications products and services.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately capture customer information in company systems.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development.
• Minimum 3 years outbound sales experience, preferably in Telco sales (mobile, fibre, data, etc.).
• Experience on the MTN campaign is advantageous but not required.
• Solid product knowledge, including compliance and systems understanding.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Umhlanga.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Employment subject to background checks.
• Must be available for interviews.
