Decofurn is a leading furniture retailer with 11 stores nationwide, known for quality products, value, and excellent customer service.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultan
t to join our Durban team to drive sales and deliver excellent in-store customer experiences
You will assist customers, close sales, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with product selection and sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Promote Decofurn products and B-stock items
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Process orders accurately and follow up on sales
- Maintain store presentation standards
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Passion for customer service
- Market-related salary + commission
