SALES MANAGER

An established and highly regarded organisation within the staffing and recruitment industry is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead its regional sales function in Durban.

This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth, leading and developing the sales team, securing new business and expanding existing client relationships across a range of staffing and workforce solutions.

The successful candidate will ideally have strong experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES), staffing, recruitment, labour outsourcing or workforce solutions sector, with a proven ability to lead sales teams and drive sustainable business growth.

• Proven experience in sales management, business development or senior sales leadership.
• Previous experience within the staffing, recruitment, Temporary Employment Services (TES), labour outsourcing or workforce solutions industry is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong new business development and client acquisition experience.
• Experience dealing with senior decision-makers and corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative selling.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, targets and KPIs.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse sales performance and implement corrective strategies where required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as required.

R40 000 - R45 000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
