Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities and improve maintenance processes.
- Identify and manage critical spares for electrical equipment.
- Undertake installation work including trenching, conduit installation, and cable pulling.
- Respond to after-hour breakdowns and call-outs when required.
- Maintain cleanliness in workshops and substations and ensure proper PPE usage.
- Ability to plan, organize, and control work effectively.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Trade-tested Electrician (Wireman’s License preferred).
- 2–3 years’ experience in electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical methods, tools, and safety precautions
