An opportunity has become available for a Refrigeration technician. The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs and installation of all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment respond to emergency calls for both SANBS

• Undertakes the maintenance, repairs and installation of all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment respond emergency calls for SANBS
• Undertakes the Repairs and Testing of Equipment
• Undertakes Routine Checks of Refrigeration Installations and Equipment for SANBS
• Undertakes Routine Maintenance and Repairs of Refrigeration and Equipment for SANBS
• Ensures that Tools are cleaned and maintained
• Ensures that Administration is undertaken effectively and efficiently

• Grade 12.
• Driver’s License.
• Passed trade test Refrigeration.
• Diploma in Refrigeration will be advantageous

• 5 years’ post qualification experience in
  refrigeration and airconditiong.
  Other (knowledge and skills), e.g. understanding of
  relevant legislation; knowledge of relevant
  company procedures.
• Understanding, knowledge and application of
  the relevant SANS legislation regarding HVAC
  &R industry.
• Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and legislation
  in the work area

Special Requirements:

Overtime as and when required and travelling when necessary.

Performing on call duties on a roster basis.

Travel to various sites for planned and corrective maintenance.
