- Grade 12 / Matric will be advantageous
- 3 Years’ experience in shopfitting or a related field
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential
- Experience in shopfitting, joinery, interior contracting or installations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop plans and fixture layouts
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver’s licence is essential
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) is essential
- Proven professional driving experience is essential
- Lead, motivate and train installation teams and contractors
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance on site
- Coordinate daily installation activities and ensure project deadlines are met
- Ensure installations meet client specifications and quality standards
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements
Interpret technical drawings and ensure installations are completed accordingly - Coordinate material deliveries and ensure tools, equipment and materials are available
- Report project progress, delays and site-related issues to management
