Human Resources Business Manager

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with manufacturing, production, and operational objectives while driving employee engagement and organizational performance.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and leadership coaching for hourly and salaried employees.
• Manage HR compliance, employee investigations, disciplinary actions, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, CT leave laws), and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, attendance, overtime, labor efficiency, and staffing trends to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, and workforce development.
• Experience analyzing labor metrics and partnering with operations leaders to improve productivity, retention, and organizational performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems or manufacturing reporting tools.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience building high-performance manufacturing cultures and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
