Packing Floater

** Packing Floater / Pack Operator - Temp Position*
* We are currently seeking  
** Packing Floaters (Pack Operators)
** to join our production team. This role supports multiple production lines and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

*
* Job Responsibilities:

*
* + Pull product from an overhead conveyor

+ Perform light assembly as required (such as installing shelves or doors, depending on the product line)

+ Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production

+ Package cabinets according to established work instructions

Each production line consists of approximately  
** 5-13 employees** . Team members rotate through different tasks during the shift to avoid repetitive work. As a  
** Floater** , you will not be assigned to a specific line and will work on whichever line requires support that day.

* Physical Requirements:

*
* + Ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly (items over 30 lbs require a two-person lift)

+ Ability to stand and work on your feet for  
** 10-hour shifts*
* ** Schedule & Expectations:*
* + Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

+ Overtime on Fridays when required

+ No schedule flexibility due to the team-based production environment

** Compensation:*
* + $19.00/hour starting temporary rate for Pack Operators

* Qualifications:

*
* + Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Ability to work well in a team environment

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

** Pay Details:**  $19.00 per hour
