Fabricator, Manufacturing ​/ Production

As a Fabricator, you will operate a band saw and other saws to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation materials.

• Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
• Accurately measure material for efficiency.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping.
• Ensure production levels are met daily.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
• Medical certification to wear respirator if required.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Forklift certified.
• High school diploma or GED required.

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Local; less than 10% travel.

$13.00 - $30.00 per hour. This position may also offer variable compensation. To comply with pay transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range.
