Job Duties & Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment, conveyors, robotics, and control systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and PLC‑related issues using schematics, I/O documentation, and testing equipment while supporting root‑cause analysis.
- Assist with PLC and HMI troubleshooting, basic programming updates, electrical component replacement, sensor calibration, and system validation.
- Maintain accurate CMMS records, support continuous improvement initiatives, and follow all safety, quality, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Technical diploma, vocational training, or equivalent hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, automation, or electro‑mechanical technology.
- Experience reading electrical schematics, performing industrial electrical wiring, and using diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems, ladder logic, industrial controls, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment, maintain technical documentation, and work flexible shifts as needed.
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience with HMI/PLC systems, industrial communication protocols, CMMS software, or OSHA/NFPA and manufacturer‑specific automation certifications.
$90,000-$110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
