Accounting Associate; AP

Position Overview

Temporary Accounting Associate – (AP) reporting to the Controller. Onsite structure at Creedmoor, NC.

• Support AP Lead with emails.
• Assist with processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payment processing (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.
• Assist with month‑end closing and audit preparation.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must meet export control compliance requirements. A U.S. Person as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
