- Provide timely, high-quality work products reflective of white‑glove service expectations
- Mentor and support tax staff and seasonal tax interns
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on complex individual (1040) tax returns
- Strong understanding of the integration between individual, partnership, S corporation, trust, and estate returns

- Excellent organizational, communication, and managerial skills
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience training and mentoring tax staff and interns
- The chance to work with owners and management of North Carolina’s top middle‑market companies and established family‑owned businesses
- Supporting clients within hospitality, real estate, non‑profit agencies, restaurants, manufacturing, and construction
- Reasonable hour expectations during busy season and 36‑hour/4‑day work weeks during slower times of the year
- A collaborative working atmosphere with a large team of experienced CPAs
- Hybrid work is an option for qualified candidates – defined as 2–3 days minimum in one of our four office locations
- Covered health insurance for employees
