Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client is currently seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting/Data Entry Clerk to join their team in North Carolina. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely data entry and supporting the accounting team with various tasks.
Responsibilities- Assist with sales orders and invoices in Quick Books.
- Perform data entry with work orders.
- Support the manager on special projects.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure all data entry is completed with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books.
- 0-1 years experience in an accounting setting.
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Monday through Friday, during the first shift.
The position offers a competitive pay range from $19 to $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
