Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC

• Join an established manufacturing operation undergoing an exciting acquisition transition through year-end
• Work directly with the General Manager and operations leaders to influence key business decisions
• Own a highly visible cost accounting function that plays a critical role in plant performance
• Gain broad exposure to operational finance, manufacturing analytics, and leadership decision-making
• Focus on value-added accounting and analysis while shared services supports much of the AP/AR activity
• Enjoy strong cross-functional partnership with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams
• Step into a role with significant autonomy and the ability to make an immediate impact

• Own standard costing and manufacturing cost accounting activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Analyze cost variances and provide insights to improve operational performance
• Partner with operations and plant leadership to support business decisions
• Support general ledger accounting and financial reporting activities
• Coordinate with shared services team to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Strong standard costing experience within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on general ledger and month-end close experience
• Accounting degree preferred
