Green Zone Recycling is seeking a mid‑level Administrative Support Specialist to support daily office operations and provide dependable administrative assistance to leadership and operations teams. This role is best suited for someone with prior office experience who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Summary

Green Zone Recycling is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide reliable, day‑to‑day administrative support to leadership and operations teams. This is a mid‑level office position requiring prior administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and operations staff
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and written communications
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and filing systems
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and administrative tracking
  • Follow established office procedures and workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
