KeyObjectives
The Teleposition Records Handling Clerk is responsible for the accurate processing, filing, and retrieval of teleposition records. This role supports efficient information flow and helps maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of teleposition records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify and update records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and record sharing.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
- Assist in preparing reports related to teleposition records and data trends.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in records promptly.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Continuously improve record‑keeping procedures to enhance efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in records management is a plus.
- Proven experience in records handling, data management, or a related administrative role.
