Full‑time opening is available for a Digital File Clerk to join a stable and growing dental laboratory in the Durham, NC area that has built a reputation for supplying its customers with exceptional quality and service.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately downloading various digital files, placing them in specified destinations, aligning digital scan files, resolving workflow issues, and communicating with clinicians on case inquiries. They will also communicate internally with our CAD design, scanning, milling and printing teams, and must be computer savvy with experience in downloading and uploading digital files and scanning images. The candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, work independently and in a team environment, and act professionally, punctually, reliably and detail‑oriented.

They must be open and willing to learn and stay ahead of new technologies and workflows in the digital dental world.

• Importing and exporting digital files
• Data and digital image entry into database
• Communicating with clinicians on case information
• Resolving workflow issues

• Experience with importing/exporting digital files or similar
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer savvy with experience in downloading/uploading digital files and scanning images
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• In‑office position
• Dental or medical field experience preferred but not required
• 3‑D imaging or AutoCAD experience a plus but not required
