The Executive Administrative Partner will support Lenovo executives and is responsible for keeping the organization running smoothly and effectively in a complex global environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for proactive calendar management and gatekeeping, coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Attend executive staff meetings
  • Track actions and follow up
  • Assist with organizational specific projects, paying high attention to detail on event planning
  • Organize workshops and team events
  • Exhibit initiative and anticipate needs
  • Exercise best judgment when making decisions on behalf of the executive
  • Arrange multi-leg international and domestic travel
  • Proactively track all flight and ground transportation
  • Maintain a complete understanding of company policies and tools
  • Educate executives on policy and new procedures (spend limits, city caps)
  • Review and approve expense reports on behalf of the executive
  • Process expense reports and reconcile against statements
  • Understand the organizational structure
  • Work across GEOs
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information
  • Generate and format presentations
  • Assist extended team members with administrative duties as needed
  • Provide mentorship to administrative assistants in support center
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or combined 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite

  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with professionalism and tact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Positive, can‑do attitude willing to help team and peers

  • Strong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness of work
  • Flexibility to accommodate an ever‑changing, global environment with strong analytical skills to find solutions
