As the Program Coordinator, you will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Office of the Dean and Faculty Administration. This role is ideal for someone who applies sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and discretion when managing complex, non‑routine work. Because the position regularly involves sensitive and confidential matters, professionalism and careful attention to detail are essential.
You will serve as a trusted resource to faculty, staff, and senior leadership while supporting faculty processes and the daily operations of the Dean's Office.

In this role, you will contribute directly to faculty administration, academic operations, and strategic initiatives across the Law School. You will apply prior experience and independent judgment to coordinate materials, manage timelines, support leadership, and recommend improvements to administrative workflows.
What You'll Do:
Faculty Administration
* Assist with adjunct faculty onboarding processes each semester.
* In support of the Assistant Dean for Faculty Administration, coordinate and prepare complex materials, reports, and documentation for faculty committees.
* Assist with research and contribute to data analysis supporting faculty-related initiatives and decision-making.
* Support and track the administrative components of the faculty reappointment process, including materials and communications.
* Draft and coordinate correspondence with the Provost's Office related to faculty matters.
* Maintain and update faculty profiles on the Law School website.
* Update and manage faculty listservs and the faculty resource manual.
* Recommend improvements to administrative workflows and assist with implementation.
* Apply and interpret office policies and procedures in carrying out faculty administration processes.
Operations & Administrative Support
* Coordinate faculty meetings on behalf of the Assistant Dean, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
* Compile and submit information for inclusion in the University Bulletin.
* Gather and organize data and statistics for reports submitted to accreditation agencies.
* Track project timelines and deadlines and notify leadership of upcoming deliverables.
* Provide administrative support for special projects led by Dean's Office leadership, including the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Vice Dean.
Committees & Events
* Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications for faculty committees, in support of the Assistant Dean and committee leadership.
* Manage administrative coordination of the Law School's named lectures.
* Collaborate with the Faculty Events Coordinator on Dean's Office events.
General Office Support
* Provide backup support for front office operations, including answering telephones and greeting visitors.
* Provide backup administrative assistance to the Assistant to the Dean to ensure continuity of operations.
* Serve as a resource to faculty, staff, and visitors regarding Dean's Office activities.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
