About the Role
Behavioral Framework – a leading provider of ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism – is looking for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator ensures smooth and efficient operation of the office, overseeing various administrative tasks, managing office resources, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees. This position is in‑person Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities- Office maintenance and management – greet, screen and announce all visitors; answer incoming calls and direct inquiries; keep common areas, conference rooms and kitchen/lunchroom clean and orderly.
- Prepare and package client materials, store supplies, receive, inspect and record incoming materials and client records.
- Maintain distribution records, review and collaborate on material and office purchases with headquarters.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and packages.
- Serve as point of contact for building equipment repairs, maintenance issues and building updates.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Human Resources and Clinical Teams on employee events, training sessions, onboarding and team‑building activities.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, providing resources, information and equipment.
- Provide general office administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Support Pathways intake team with onsite collection of questionnaires, consents, and insurance information.
- Support operational data entry in key systems and assist with reports on inventory levels, usage and trends for management review.
Minimum 2 years of varied and progressive office responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Advanced knowledge of computers and systems (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Zoom, Dropbox).
- Good analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with data gathering techniques such as research or file analysis.
- Strong planning, records management and general administration principles.
- Effective verbal and written communication with staff, employees and the public.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, IP phones, and mail machines.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; fast‑paced environment; 40 hours per week; daily in‑office work (no telecommuting). Physical demands include sitting for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling and pushing; may lift up to 40lbs.
CompensationHourly Pay: $16–$17.
