CBRE is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support facilities and operations for a premier global financial services organization known for its commitment to innovation, client experience, and long-term investment leadership. This onsite role in Durham, NC supports a dynamic corporate campus spanning three buildings across 1.2 acres, featuring a parking garage, café, recreational spaces, and collaborative amenities.
This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented opportunity where you will partner closely with engineering and operations teams while playing a key role in financial coordination, vendor management, and workplace experience support.
What you'll do:
- Support day-to-day facilities operations, partnering with engineering teams on maintenance and service execution.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Review and track financials, expenses, and invoices to support budget adherence.
- Utilize systems including Corrigo (CMMS), Ariba, and Kahua for work orders, procurement, and project tracking.
- Coordinate vendor services and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with site standards.
- Assist with meeting and event setup, ensuring spaces are prepared and organized.
- Maintain documentation related to facilities, operations, and financial processes.
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
