Project Assistant – Health and Wellness Department
Project Assistant in the Health and Wellness Department provides administrative and coordination support to project managers by planning and tracking activities, maintaining schedules, task lists, and status reports, coordinating meetings, documenting action items, organizing project files, monitoring expenses, and preparing presentations, reports and updates as needed.
ResponsibilitiesAssociate’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience1 year of administrative, project coordination, or support experience is required.

- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.

A minimum of a 30‑hour work month as determined with the supervisor to allow the employee to fulfill the assigned duties and responsibilities. Summer schedules may vary to enable four‑day or four‑and‑one‑half‑day work weeks.
