Descriptionof Work
Supports the Adult Care Licensure Section (ACLS) by collecting, organizing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting regulatory data associated with surveys, inspections, and enforcement activities. Uses established information systems and operational processes to identify trends, monitor compliance, ensure data accuracy, and prepare statistical reports that support regulatory oversight and management decision‑making.
Maintains accurate records for the administrative penalty process, processes required documentation, and monitors enforcement activities. Provides technical assistance to internal and external customers, maintains electronic and hard‑copy files, prepares regulatory correspondence, and performs data entry, record maintenance, and reporting functions to support the Section’s mission of protecting adult care home residents.
Key Duties- Collect, organize, and maintain regulatory data from adult care home surveys, inspections, and enforcement activities.
- Analyze regulatory data to identify patterns, monitor compliance indicators, and support management decision‑making.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc statistical reports for leadership and the Quality and Compliance Unit.
- Process and track administrative penalty actions by maintaining accurate records and monitoring enforcement timelines.
- Prepare and issue regulatory correspondence in alignment with established procedures and documentation requirements.
- Maintain electronic and hard‑copy records using designated information systems and standardized workflows.
- Enter, verify, and update regulatory and enforcement data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Provide technical assistance and support to internal staff, external stakeholders, and adult care providers regarding regulatory processes and data needs.
- Coordinate with ACLS leadership, branch managers, and program staff to support data reporting, compliance monitoring, and regulatory documentation.
- Support the Quality and Compliance Unit by ensuring timely communication, reliable documentation, and consistent application of reporting standards.
- Experience collecting, organizing, and maintaining printed and electronic regulatory data to support program operations and compliance reporting.
- Experience using information systems and related software to perform data entry, verify data accuracy, and generate statistical reports.
- Experience processing multi‑step administrative workflows, including tracking administrative penalties, maintaining enforcement records, and preparing regulatory correspondence.
- Skill providing technical assistance to internal and external customers by interpreting program information, explaining processes, and supporting regulatory documentation requirements.
- Effectiveness compiling, summarizing, and reconciling program and enforcement information to support decision‑making within a regulatory environment.

Minimum Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of related administrative experience.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
